    With us since 2019 and a vital role in the development of our groundbaits and associated own brand product range . A talented allrounder at a young age , more recently turning his attention to natural waters.

    Been with us since 2021 and has a vital role in our Brand Growth. Ken is a natural and wild water angler who frequents Ireland regularly. Also a running water fan , you will see him on his favoured River Severn around Bewdley each year .

    Legend , that is the word to sum him up. Joined us in 2023 and is a wealth of knowledge due to his amazingly succesfull ,and lengthy angling career. What he hasn't done or achieved quite simply isn't worth knowing. Absolute privelige to have him onboard.

    Mark Charnell known as Sharky is a natural venue silverfish angler located in the Cornwall & Devon area , he’s a regular at the mighty Tamar Lakes on festivals and leagues. Fishes commercials but that tends to be for silvers he has a lifetime of experience and is really looking forward to working with the MPW brand for many years to come.

    Jamie Pawson our August 2025 newbie is a massive addition to our commercial angler team and is a regular framer on his North Yorkshire circuit. He will be a main feature in the commercial bait ranges development and our YouTube channel . Here’s to a very long ambassadorship with the MPW team

    NORTH YORKS

    ‘I’v been fishing from a young age, mainly specimen hunting. More recently in the last 5/6 seasons i’v turned my attention to competition fishing. The lower River Tees is my primary stomping ground. My favourite method is slider float for big Perch in Winter. I enjoy a change of scenery during the closed season and enter open matches targeting Carp and F1’s on commercials.
    I’m looking forward to a lengthy role within the MPW Team .

    LINCOLNSHIRE

    Trev loves all aspects of angling, from fishing commercials for skimmers and f1s to large natural venues, such as upper Tamar. Since his recent relocation to Lincoln,  he can often be found fishing the many varied sections of the river Trent. Trev loves fishing silverfish festivals where you can really learn about bait and tactics, alongside building some great friendships within the angling community.

    Rob Joined us in 2020 and has been vital as our sole representative in the South West. He is the man behind our 'Angling Times' feature with his purposely designed 'FEEDAMIX' groundbait. Rob is a frequent visitor to the mighty Tamar Lakes and his silverfish capabilities are to be admired. A true gent to suit hes been an absolute pleasure to have in our colours and heres to manty more years with us here at MPW.

    Our most recent addition joining us in 2024 after being a customer. Callum is predominantly a silvers angler frequently bagging small fish on hus local canal networks but is also learning his trade on commercials . With his youthful age he has a long and elusive angling career ahead . Callum plays a vital role by giving us a stable presence in the South Wales Region . Now one year in we look forward to his future with us here at Team MPW

    Joining MPW Angling Baits is massive for me as I like to concept of anglers making fishing equipment. Whether it’s bait or larger items of fishing tackle. I love all aspects of modern angling I’m happy fishing on commercials and on natural venues. I’m equally happy fishing matches or having a day on my own trying new things and I’m a level one CRT angling coach. I’m really looking forward to having a look at the MPW range of baits and can’t wait to start using the bait in both matches and pleasure fishing sessions.
